Sacramento Second Saturday Goes Green!

Second SaturdayIn honor of Earth Day, this month’s Second Saturday art walk is going Green!  Below are just a few of the “must see” stops on my list:

Green fashion show at Bows & Arrows (1712 L Street ) featuring clothing made of recycled and green goods from  boutiques and designers including: Wildflower Boutique, Lacadia Olsen – Cuffs Urban Apparel, Trisha Rhomberg, Rachel Fowler, Olipom and many, many more.

 Sherry O in the Van Go! If you've never had the pleasure of visiting Izzy's "Van Go" gallery, a minature mobile gallery in a van,   you haven't experienced Second Saturday.  Izzy is a staple Second Saturday attraction during the warmer months and has come out of hibernation this April to showcase an eclectic collection of postcards by Sherry Olsen - (see right). 

Juliana GerberLocal artist Juliana Athlyn Gerber at Zuda Yoga (19th & O St).  I seem to be in to collages lately and am excited to check out Juliana's work (see left)!
